**What you'll do**:

- You will lead, grow, and develop a team of fantastic project managers, engineers, and designers to develop the best sleep products in the industry.
- You will have a strategic view on product development process to maximize the efficiency, minimize costs and improve the value of Emma products.
- You will manage the collaboration with international suppliers by developing the best products with the highest quality in the shortest time frames.
- You will work on successfullaunchingof new products throughout different markets and countries.
- You will generate insights by developing a close and deep understanding of the industry, production lines, materials, and suppliers.
- You will think outside of the box, finding ideas to elevate the product portfolio of Emma and improve people’s sleep.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant course with strong achievements (product development, project management, engineering).
- You have experience in product development or engineering of physical productspreferably within a start/scale-up environment.
- You have experience in leading multi-functional high-performing teams.
- You are fascinated by sleep, foams, springs, and fast scalable business models.
- You are fluent in English. German, Spanish or Chinese will be a plus
