Tasks
- Be part of exciting national and international HR projects - take responsibility by owning your own sub-projects
- Support the recruiting team in operational tasks
- Prepare, reconcile, and track reports
- Provide essential input for creating decision papers presented to management
- Be an integral part of the HR Team by supporting the day-to-day operations
- Provide essential input for creating decision papers presented to management
- Become the go-to-person for researching the newest HR trends
- Influence the implementation of different employee communication measures
- Organize team and employee events
**Requirements**:
- The HR world is your PASSION and ideally you have gained first professional experience during an internship, project work or a working student job in the HR field
- You have a good knowledge of the MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit are your second nature
- You enjoy researching on and dig into different topics
- Fluently communicating in English - ideally German also - is a given for you
