Regularly track, analyze, and report on these metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate financial insights and recommendations to the executive team. - Oversee capital expenditure planning and investment decisions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and financial feasibility. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and proactive measures. - Oversee the hotel s payroll processes, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll administration. Coordinate with HR to address compensation and benefits matters. - Implement cost controlling measures across various departments to optimize expenses and ensure financial targets are met. - Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
