suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies.
**Our vision**: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets - while simultaneously minimizing their risks.

**Your mission**:

- ** Organize, prioritize, and manage** our CEO Lennard’s daily business - using AI and digital tools to automate and streamline tasks.
- Own the CEO’s inbox, act as a trusted “firewall,” and **keep priorities on track**.
- ** Prepare, structure, and follow up** on internal workshops and strategy sessions.
- Set up and optimize **C-level reporting and performance measurement**, ensuring Lennard always has a clear overview.
- Act as an **information hub** between C-level, commercial, and operations - extracting and documenting Lennard’s knowledge to make it accessible for the whole team.
- Support Lennard in **preparing for panels, conferences, and key meetings**, often in close collaboration with Marketing.

**Your profile**:

- First professional experience (working student / internships) in fast-paced environments such as (student) consulting, start-/scale-ups or similar fields.
- Master’s degree or MBA in Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Strong digital skills: Confident with Notion (or similar tools), OpenAI for automation, HubSpot (or similar) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in German and English (min. C1).
- Exceptionally structured, reliable, and proactive - you spot what needs to be done and act on it.
- Discreet and trustworthy - comfortable working with sensitive information.
- Ambitious and eager to learn - ready to shape your own role and grow with us.
- Energy sector experience is a plus, but your go-to-market mindset matters most.
