Wir suchen ab sofort einen Founders Associate (m/w/d) für unser Accelerator Programm

Aufgaben

Als Praktikant (Pflichtpraktikum) oder Werkstudent Founders Associate (w/m/d) arbeitest Du direkt mit uns Gründern zusammen. Du wirst Prozesse auf das nächste Level heben, Strategien für unser Accelerator Programm erarbeiten und in der Umsetzung unterstützen. Du hilfst zusätzlich aktiv beim Aufbau des Innovations-Ökosystems und nimmst darin eine zentrale Rolle ein.

  • Du bist die rechte Hand und Sparringspartner des Founder Teams in Bezug auf strategische und operative Themen – insbesondere im Bereich Sales, Marketing und Operations
  • Optimierung von bestehenden Prozessen oder Implementierung neuer Prozesse zur Steigerung der Teameffizienz
  • Suchen und finden geeigneter Startups und Mentoren für unser Accelerator Programm
  • Unterstützung im Daily Business sowie Sicherstellung der Performance
  • Sparringspartner für unser aktuellen und Portfolio Startups
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen
Qualifikation
  • Du studierst an einer renommierten Hochschule und hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in wachstumsstarken Startups oder anderen leistungsstarken Umfeldern wie Strategieberatungen, Investmentbanken oder Venture Capital gesammelt
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Impact Trends, Innovationen und Technologien
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und bist dabei hochgradig ergebnisorientiert
  • Du bist energetisch und suchst keine Position zum Verwalten, sondern möchtest selbst gestalten
  • Durch die tägliche Anwendung bist du routiniert im Umgang mit Pitch, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
