**About the Role**:
As a Founders Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on strategic an operational topics across all areas of the business. This is a highly dynamic role that offers deep insights into what it takes to build and scale a tech company. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, contribute to decision-making, and support initiatives in business development, product, operations, and more. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-changing environments, enjoys working across disciplines, and is driven by learning and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute strategic projects in collaboration with the founders (e.g. market research, product launches, partnerships, international expansion)
- Take ownership of internal initiatives across departments such as Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, or People
- Create high-quality pitch decks, investor updates, internal reports, and board materials using data-driven insights
- Gather and analyze market data to support strategic decision-making and uncover opportunities or risks
- Build and improve internal processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Tackle a wide range of challenges - from pricing models and customer journey mapping to legal and administrative tasks
- Act as a sparring partner to the founders and handle high-priority, often confidential matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable analytical/strategic field
- Experience through internships or working student roles in startups, consulting, VC, investment banking, or other fast-paced environments
- Ability to work with data, interpret metrics, and translate insights into action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in creating presentations and reports
- Proficient in productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion) and quick to learn new systems
- High level of initiative, ownership, and drive; comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured environments
- Fluency in German; solid written and spoken English (min. B2)
