Wenn du neugierig bist, wie starke Marken entstehen, und dich aktiv in die Entwicklung von Brand-Strategien einbringen möchtest, dann lies weiter - wir haben Großes vor Was du bei uns machst: - Durchführung von Konsumenten-, Wettbewerbs - und Markenanalysen sowie Aufbereitung von Daten - Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Markenstrategien und -architekturen, Brand Experience Maps und Maßnahmen - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design-Kollegen für eine nahtlose Integration von Strategie und Exekution - Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Workshops - Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Kundenpräsentationen und Angeboten Hier landest du nicht in irgendeiner Abteilung, sondern in einer Crew, die zusammenhält, sich inspiriert und Erfolge feiert - eben wie echte Friends. Das bringst du mit: - Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikations - oder Verhaltenswissenschaften (ideal: Kombinationen aus Wirtschafts - und Verhaltenswissenschaften) - Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten mit Leidenschaft für Marken, Design und Konsumentenverhalten - Kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert, proaktiv und strukturiert - Souveräner Umgang mit MS Office (einschließlich Storytelling in Präsentationen) sowie aktuellen AI Tools - Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse Das bringen wir mit: **Design Bridge Benefits** Wir setzen uns leidenschaftlich für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen und ihre Karriere ein.
