Join us to create the future of B2B payments **ABOUT THE ROLE**: As leader of our client-facing Solution & Delivery team, you will be responsible for our entire product integration experience pre - and post-go-live as well as our integration strategy going forward. You will work side-by-side with our country sales directors and ensure that sales pipelines materialize from a technical product integration perspective. **Your main responsibilities**: - Ensure our new merchants go through a fast, efficient and functioning product integration, tailored to their individual technical and operational setup and in line with their commercial benefit to Billie - across all countries - Lead our Solution & Delivery and Merchant Integration Support team and ensure right priorities are set to meet short term and long term targets - Co-create the Solution & Delivery Strategy together with other departments and team leads (Sales, Product, Tech, Partnerships, etc.) - Help define the solution space for our biggest and most complex new merchants, working side-by-side with our Sales and Account Management team - Build effective cross-departmental processes, such as merchant feedback loops to our Billie product teams or effective support ticket handling together with account management and customer support **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**: - 5+ years of experience in Senior Leadership roles managing cross functional, technical teams - 5-7 years in API-based product solution experience; experience in the areas of eCommerce, shop systems, ERP systems or in the online payments industry is a big plus - 7+ years experience with pre-sales, technical integrations, technical project management or technical product management - Very familiar with modern, web-based technical systems - ideally you can "read" programming code (XML, JSON, HTML, REST APIs, Microservice Architecture) - Willingness to solve problems hands-on (we are after all a scale-up) - Great verbal and written communication as well as structuring & documentation skills - Strong stakeholder management skills - Fluency in both German and English **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: - The unique opportunity to set a team up for success in a highly competitive and thrilling new market (B2B BNPL) - Autonomy and full responsibility over processes and sales strategy in Germany - An English-speaking, multicultural team with more than 35 nationalities from all continents - 30 vacation days and up to 6 "Workation" weeks per year (work from anywhere as long as you can adapt to your meetings in Berlin local time) - Flexible work hours and trust in your ability to deliver, empowering you to take control of your work-life balance - One of the best Virtual Shares Incentive Progra
