The Opportunity

Would you like to gain first-hand experience in the Marketing team of an innovative high-growth company?
You will be well-equipped in this role to assist on a day-to-day basis the management and coordination of the Laser Scanning Professional Marketing Program which runs across multiple channels and regions, and in turn play a crucial part in defining and executing NavVis’ marketing activities As part of the Growth Marketing Team, you will work with an industry-focused Marketing Program Manager and assist in the support with creating and shaping high-quality, scalable marketing initiatives that have been designed to deliver results.

How you will make an impact
- You will be enabled to support in the creation and execution of targeted and engaging campaigns with messaging that resonates with customers
- You will get to actively coordinate and communicate with key external stakeholders whose involvement can shape the success of the program
- You will facilitate the project management of specific campaigns and initiatives within the program to ensure up-to-date tracking and organization
- You will use demand generation best practices and data analytics to increase the effectiveness of the marketing program through continuous improvement
- You will collaborate with various NavVis departments as well as NavVis customers to support in the identification of new opportunities and boosting ongoing initiatives

What will help you succeed in the role
- You are currently studying Marketing, Communications or some similar field of study
- Some experience with marketing programs and campaigns will enable you to contribute to process improvements and developing a scalable marketing strategy. HubSpot experience is a big plus
- You have a good understanding of demand generation and conversion funnels
- Willingness to work with digital project management tools will enable you to manage several deadlines across multiple channels with a number of stakeholders
- You are fluent in business English, as it is our official language. German skills are a plus Good copywriting skills will allow you to take on a wider variety of tasks
