Tasks

**As a marketing working student you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the social media strategy by creating and maintaining our social media accounts, posting engaging content, and monitoring analytics.
- Supporting the organization of European and international congresses, events, and webinars, including preparing materials, coordinating logistics, and designing set-up.
- Supporting the equipment handling for trade fairs, such as packing, coordinate shipping, setting up, and dismantling.
- Supporting the team with webinars
- Procuring advertising material and consumables, such as pens, notebooks, and coffee cups, from reliable suppliers and within budget.
- Managing independent projects, such as conducting market research queries, creating reports, and presenting findings.

**Requirements**:
To be successful as a marketing working student you should have:

- A current enrollment in a relevant field, such as marketing, communication, or business administration.
- A strong interest and passion for marketing and social media.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Teams, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Photoshop or Illustrator, is a plus.
- A creative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude, with the willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
