Aufgaben
- Planung und Verwaltung von Zertifizierungsprojekten vom Antrag bis zur Zertifikatserstellung
- Fungieren als verantwortlicher Ansprechpartner(in) für alle an den Zertifizierungsprojekten beteiligten Parteien
- Durchführung der Antragsprüfung zur Bestimmung der erforderlichen Kompetenz des Konformitätsbewertungspersonals, der Dauer der Antragsbewertung durch den Technical Manager sowie das Einholen von dessen Bestätigung für den festgelegten Geltungsbereich des Projekts und die vorgesehene Auditzeit
- Erstellung des Projektplans für den Zertifizierungszyklus
- Auswahl der Mitglieder des Auditteams für jedes Projekt
- Festlegung der Audittermine in Abhängigkeit von der Verfügbarkeit des Auditteam und des Kunden
- Sicherstellen, dass Auditchecklisten, Auditberichte und Aufzeichnungen über Nichtkonformitäten beim Auditteam eingehen
- Weiterleitung der Audit-Checklisten, Auditberichte und Aufzeichnungen über Nichtkonformitäten an den Prüfer
- Sicherstellung, dass alle Unterlagen im Zusammenhang mit der Konformitätsbewertungstätigkeit vom Auditteam vor der abschließenden Überprüfung vervollständigt werden
- Einholung von Rückmeldungen des Kunden und des Auditteams. Aufzeichnung von Beschwerden/Einsprüchen und Weiterleitung an den Geschäftsführer und/oder den (stellvertretenden) Certification and Recognition Manager
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung von Vertraulichkeit, Unabhängigkeit, Unparteilichkeit und Objektivität durch ein hohes Maß an Aufmerksamkeit während der Kommunikation mit dem Auditteam und dem Kunden. Information des Geschäftsführers und/oder des (stellvertretenden) Certification and Recognition Manager bei möglichen Interessenkonflikten
- Teilnahme am jährlichen Erfahrungsaustausch und an allen relevanten Schulungen
- Bereitstellung von Projektdaten für den Datenanalyseprozess

Qualifikation
- EQR-Niveau 4 oder höher
- 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gesundheit, Dienstleistungen oder Warenproduktion oder Maschinenbau
- Kenntnisse von ISO 9001 und/oder ISO 14001 und/oder ISO 45001 und/oder ISO 50001
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation in Englisch und Deutsch
- Kenntnisse der Prozesse von Zertifizierungsstellen sind wünschenswert
- Sozial-, Fach-, Präsentations
- und Methodenkompetenz
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gewissenhafte, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Selbstständiges und gleichzeitig teamorientiertes Arbeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
