Our stylish Corporate Office in Munich bundles all construction, design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel. The central Group Reservations department is responsible for group enquiries and bookings and their smooth processing.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- handle group enquiries for our Hotels
- develop, process and negotiate offers and contracts for groups
- are responsible for monitoring and managing and processing group reservations in close collaboration with the hotel staff
- act as a direct contact person for companies and agencies
- create invoices and handle the accounts receivables

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
- first experience in the (group) reservations and/or front office department
- excellent communication and analytical skills
- an independent worker with a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
- a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
- proficient written & spoken German and English or German & French language skills
