Head of Technical Compliance Group Sector Contitech

Tasks Ensuring technical compliance in cooperation with Group / Business Areas / Regions / Plants and relevant corporate functions within the Sector Maintain overview of technical Compliance resources and competencies within Sector, drive required corrective action in alignment with the function on Group level Support in the implementation of the technical Compliance change program Oversight of the sector-specific change program content, including program scope Ensure the review of the technical Compliance Management System manual and technical Compliance Management System target and KPI system Steer the continuous improvement of the technical Compliance Management System in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and implement technical Compliance relevant continuous improvement measures Provide support and expert advice along the management process of technical Compliance clearing concerns and cases Provide authority as approving role along the management process of technical Compliance clearing concerns, cases and risks Coordinate daily requests on Group Sector level Ensure implementation of relevant trainings in the respective Group Sector **Qualifications**: Master’s degree in engineering or related fields of study, alternatively: Academic degree in engineering, natural science, business administration or an equivalent qualification Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry and preferably in the supplier business Several years of leadership "leading leaders Several years of experience in the field of technical Compliance or related practices Advanced problem-solving skills and highly structured working style Advanced level communication skills for work with international colleagues and large teams, alternatively: experience in leading disciplinary and remote teams, basic intercultural competence, proven leadership skills or confirmed high potential, high networking competence, professional communication skills, and assertiveness Ideally experience in leading change programs in the compliance field Business fluency in German and English language mandatory Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
