Wir suchen Sie für unsere Business Area Group Functions im Bereich Group Compliance, Law & Intellectual Property am Standort in Hannover VVA. Im Rahmen der Position Head of Compliance EMEA gehören folgende Tätigkeiten zu Ihrem Aufgabenfeld:
- Head of Compliance EMEA - umfassender Compliance Support und Beratung der first line of defense in der gesamten Region EMEA
- Beratung zu compliancerelevanten Fragen in allen relevanten Risikobereichen der Compliance und für alle Führungsebenen
- Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Trainings zu allen relevanten Risikobereichen der Compliance
- Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Designs und der Implementierung des Compliance Management Systems (CMS) auf regionaler Ebene
- Fortlaufende Beobachtung der rechtlichen Entwicklungen in der Region EMEA und daraus folgende Ableitung erforderlicher Maßnahmen zur Anpassung des CMS
- Unterstützung des effektiven Konsequenzen Managements im Falle von Complianceverstößen
- Führung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung Compliance EMEA und ihrer Mitarbeiter
- Management und Unterstützung des Compliance Netzwerks in der EMEA Region insb. enge Anbindung des Compliance Coordinator Netzwerks
