Your mission

**In tech we have two main work streams**:

- Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this
- Operating System for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations

At 1KOMMA5°, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP Delivery Management to join our growing team. As a VP Delivery Management, you will play a pivotal role in making sure the engineering teams know where they are heading and how.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Shape the organization's process from idea to delivery
- Lead a team of Product Owners, Technical Product Owners and Delivery Managers
- Structure, organize and drive development projects
- Make sure business requirements arrive in an understandable and structured way on the tech teams desks
- Provide leadership, guidance, and expertise across independent tech teams
- Build and shape a tech org and culture from the ground up
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical challenges
- Participate in the recruitment process

- Jira/Confluence
- Notion
- Miro
- GitHub

**Profile**:
**You have**:

- Extensive (min 5 years) of experience driving software development organizations, IT projects and external development agencies
- A proven track record of delivering projects with development organizations on time and in budget
- Experience in structuring agile development projects
- Extensive experience in leading a team of (technical) product owners and delivery managers
- An agile and result-oriented mindset, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork
- Expertise in talking with stakeholders in business terms and understanding the technical implications of their requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in German considered a plus
