**Your tasks**: - Define the governance for the global support organisation (Processes, Tools, Ticket system based on ITIL standards, best practices) and lead its implementation and global adoption - Lead a team of support organisation managers - Establish support standards for our service teams worldwide to build a scalable service organisation - Extend our worldwide performance measurement metrics, and supervise their implementation - Ensure the delivery performance of our global support teams - Implement the capacities and capabilities for running a global support with a "Follow the Sun" model for our different technologies - Actively drive the improvement of our support services based on customer feedback loops - Systematically develop a problem management methodology including product improvement proposals towards our internal stakeholders (program teams, engineering) based on customer feedback **Application tips**: - Application - Interview - Contact persons **Your qualifications**: - Degree in engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable field of study - Leadership experience with international teams and strong experience in leading global support organisations - Strong background on customer support (service desk, field service, follow the sun organisations) - Several years of experience in working with customers and translating customer requirements into support solutions - Background in using customer support databases to develop a systematic improvement process - Knowledge of ITIL standard is a plus - Business mindset, able to identify customer need and proactively build profitable support solutions - Strategic foresight and an international mindset - Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness for (international) travel - Reference number: 4219 - Recruiting Contact: Mr. Richard Jelend- The Rohde & Schwarz technology group is among the trailblazers when it comes to paving the way for a safer and connected world with its leading solutions in test & measurement, technology systems, and networks & cybersecurity.
