Barilla Deutschland GmbH wants to recruit a **Customer Service Specialist (f_m_d)** in the Customer Service department within Barilla Region Central Europe. The employee will be based in Cologne and will report to the Customer Service & Demand Planning Manager Region Central Europe. The individual is responsible for the markets of Germany and Austria and supports the sales and marketing department with the relevant controlling figures and coordinates budget and forecasts. **Key Accountabilities**: - Key responsible within the daily S&OE routine for the German market - Align on daily basis with logistic service providers to achieve best results for our business area - Be the point of contact for value-added-service activities at our service provider - Key responsible for local KPI reporting and data-driven optimization of customer deliveries - Maintain performance reports for measuring and monitoring our service level KPIs and discuss KPIs with selected set of customers - Support the Customer Service Center Senior Manager by delivering results in line with the strategy set - Responsibility for order management for a small, selected group of customers - Identify future customer trends and propose new practices **Your Profile**: - 1-2 years of working experience in Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, ideally for an FMCG or Food Production Company - First contact points in logistic planning - Independent, diligent, and structured way of working - Willingness in acquiring new skills and to work operationally (hands-on mentality) - Highly developed analytic skills and quick learning ability - Communication and teamwork skills - Good MS Office skills, SAP and Microsoft Power BI knowledge would be an advantage - Fluent German and English language skills, Italian language would be an advantage **Our Offer**: - Professional development and global experience in an international environment with wide exposure - Grow with our learning & development programs, which have been awarded "Gold Excellence" by Brandon Hall Group - High flexibility through our hybrid approach with up to 50% Smart Working (Home Office) - The possibility to get involved in national and international Diversity & Inclusion projects - A focus on your well-being by offering Pasta, crispbread, fruits, and vegetable for free - Access to our full product range, Corporate Benefits Program, and an excellent insurance coverage - Would you like a diverse sports program?
