We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of **Qatar Airways, Cargo Regional Office team** as a **Cargo Business Analysis Officer **in our office in** Frankfurt**.

**The role includes**:

- Supervising and actively conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis for the Cargo department, such as ongoing responses to specific decision-making issues (e.g. commercial partnership reviews, support of digital strategy agenda for the Area, customer segmentation & product strategy review, meeting and reporting structure for the Germany, Switzerland & BeNeLux Regions.
- Developing and maintaining the Cargo MIS (Management Information System) covering all relevant operational & commercial KPI’s for the Germany, Switzerland & BeNeLux Cargo division within Qatar Airways.
- Improving set of required standard reports and dashboards for Cargo Management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis by using/upgrading existing and supporting the development of new systems and processes.
- Utilizing the analysis to actively support all departmental decision-making within the region to generate maximum revenues at optimal capacity utilization levels.
- Providing support to the annual budgeting process to ensure that the capacity and revenue budget packs are prepared in accordance with requirements and timelines and monitors on a weekly basis the actual performance vs. Budget.
- Provide support to the Sales & Customer Service Team to manage the customer experience for QR Cargo clients in the Germany, Switzerland & BeNeLux.
- Participating in strategic projects related to the Cargo Department.
- In this role you report directly to the Cargo Manager Germany, Switzerland & BeNeLux.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry.
- Basic knowledge in cargo operations, products and related regulations.
- Experience in business modelling and project management.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Cargo BI is a great plus.
- Strong command of English; written and verbal.
- Have the current legal right to live and work in Europe.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and strong follow-up on tasks.
