**Your role at zolar**
- **Lead and manage a team of data analysts**, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Work closely with **stakeholders from marketing, sales, finance, and product** to understand their business objectives, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop data-driven strategies to achieve their goals.
- Define and implement **best practices for data analysis, visualization, reporting**, and communication across the organization.
- Oversee the **development of data models, dashboards, and reports** to support business decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the team's analytical processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Drive a **data-driven culture within the organization** by promoting the importance of data analytics and providing training and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with **data engineering and IT teams** to ensure the availability, quality, and integrity of data sources.

**What you will need to bring**
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- **5+ years of experience in data analytics**, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience working with** business topics such as marketing, sales, finance, and product.**:

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in **SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis** and manipulation.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as **Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong **organizational and project management skills**, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
