Hi, ich bin Timo In den letzten Jahren habe ich ein Bildungs-Startup von 1 auf über 170+ Mitarbeitende mitaufgebaut - heute leite ich zwei wachsende Impact-Brands:
Cards For Christianity © - ein virales Kartenspiel, das Humor und christlichen Glauben verbindet - mit über 10.000 verkauften Spielen in den ersten Monaten.
Philia - eine Bio-Olivenölmarke, mit der wir Kleinbauern und soziale Projekte in Griechenland unterstützen.
Aktuell bauen wir beide Marken mit einem kleinen Team aus Freelancern und externen Partnern auf. Jetzt suche ich einen erfahrenen Operations Lead - mit der Perspektive, als Co-Founder eine ganze Brand Group mit internationalem Marktpotenzial (100 Mio €+) mit aufzubauen.
Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest alle Themen rund um Operations, CRM und Fulfillment. Bei Finance und Legal bist du erster Ansprechpartner und steuerst externe Partner
- Du entwickelst und führst strategische Initiativen, um das Business auf das nächste Level zu bringen
- Du schaffst effiziente Strukturen, baust Teams und optimierst Prozesse für nachhaltiges Wachstum
- Du bist die perfekte Ergänzung zu meinen Stärken im Bereich Produkt und Marketing
- Du bist Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe - wir treffen große Entscheidungen gemeinsam
- Perspektivisch entwickeln wir gemeinsam weitere Brands und Content-Projekte
Qualifikation
- Du bist Generalist mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert
- Du hast Erfahrung mit wachstumsstarken Organisationen, idealerweise im E-Commerce und in ähnlichen Rollen (Operations / Chief of Staff / Founders Associate oder Gründer)
- Du gehst strategisch vor, kannst Prioritäten setzen und liebst es, Prozesse aufzubauen
- Du bringst operative Stärke, technisches Verständnis und unternehmerische Ambitionen mit
- Du kannst mindestens 2-3 Tage pro Woche vor Ort in Berlin sein (hybrid)
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Games, Food, Internationalisierung und/oder Fundraising
- Optional: Persönlicher Bezug zum christlichen Glauben (überkonfessionell)
