We are looking for a passionate Co-Founder to join our journey at Rave Boutique Berlin – an emerging online brand for festival & clubwear that has already built strong traction - 2,000 customers and +100,000 EUR revenue in the first year. We are now ready to take the brand to the next level – and we are seeking a co-founder with a proven track record in fashion e-commerce who can drive growth and shape the future of our brand. Tasks Take full ownership of Shopify store optimization (UX, conversion rates, CRO, AOV, etc.) Manage and scale paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) with strong ROI focus Lead our social media strategy and content direction (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Build and manage influencer collaborations & partnerships to boost brand awareness Help shape the long-term brand strategy and position Rave Boutique as a recognized name in festival & streetwear Requirements Demonstrated success in growing a fashion e-commerce brand (ideally on Shopify) Strong background in performance marketing and social media growth Creative mindset with a data-driven approach Entrepreneurial spirit: you want to build a brand as a co-owner, not just as a consultant Based in Europe (Berlin is a plus, but remote is possible) Benefits Co-Founder position with equity stake A business that already generates consistent revenue with clear room to scale The chance to join at an early stage and shape the growth path of a brand with international potential Creative freedom, collaborative spirit, and the energy of a fast-growing startup If you have what it takes to scale a fashion brand and want to be part of an ambitious journey, we’d love to hear from you Apply by sending us a short introduction and examples of your track record in e-commerce growth.
