We are currently ramping up our Marketing team and are looking for a **Head of Organic Acquisition**. And this is where you may come in

As **Head of Organic Acquisition** at Consultport, you will drive our organic acquisition growth through constant development of our strategic content production, SEO and optimizations, and amplifying it across social platforms, blogs, podcasts and webinars. If you're ready to make a substantial impact and drive our organic acquisition forward, we welcome your expertise and leadership to elevate Consultport to new levels of success.

**Your role**

**Content Marketing Strategy and Execution**:

- Develop our overall **SEO and content marketing strategy**
- ** Drive the implementation** of our SEO and organic growth initiatives, to improve search rankings and increase organic visibility
- ** Optimize **all web-related aspects, such as improving website UX, growing conversions, planning content, optimizing and execution of our SEO strategy
- Conduct keyword **research**, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for content optimization
- Develop and optimize our **landing pages**, acquisition-oriented pages, templates, content pieces, freebies, and tools that we offer
- ** Conduct AB tests** for conversion improvements and experimenting to scale acquisition
- ** Oversee copy and design creation**, and** ensure a high quality** and alignment with our consultport brand voice, style, and design standards while optimizing acquisition growth.
- ** Manage our designer, content creators and copywriters**, and provide guidance to enhance content quality, performance & user growth
- ** Track and analyze **growth and performance metrics of content and web, and make data-driven recommendations to grow & optimize our user growth
