eIn dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Bereich, führst ein motiviertes TA-Team und entwickelst die Talentstrategie aktiv weiter

.Du bist Sparringspartner:in des C-Levels, übersetzt Unternehmensziele in klare Recruiting-Roadmaps und sorgst dafür, dass das Team operativ wie strategisch exzellent aufgestellt ist

Deine Aufgab**

  • enVerantwortung für die gesamte Talent-Acquisition-Strategie und deren operative Umsetzu
  • ngFührung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines 10-köpfigen Teams aus Inhouse-Recruiter:innen und externen PartnerInn
  • enAufbau und Pflege von KPIs, Reportings und Dashboards zur Erfolgsmessu
  • ngEnge Zusammenarbeit mit den Hiring ManagerInnen und der Geschäftsführu
  • ngWeiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Recruiting-Strukturen und Prozessen (90% Vertriebsstelle
