Digital Business Development Specialist

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, implement and manage business development plans according to strategic projects and initiatives- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including relevant content creation- Acquire new leads by converting digital traffic through landing pages and other avenues- Optimize the online presence with regards to search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization- Conduct market research and analysis- Strong contribution and creative input for the implementation of digital tools for lead generation, sales support, and customer retention- Internal partner for customer service activities- Support the marketing team with daily tasks (e.g. preparation of offers)
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, communication, or comparable qualification- 2+ years of professional experience in B2B digital marketing and business development, ideally in an industrial company- Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements such as SEO/SEM and Google Analytics- Experience with website conception and interface design- Creative mindset and hands-on mentality- Technical expertise in the hydraulic and accumulator market is a bonus.- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools would be advantageous.- Fluent in English and German- Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.- Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations. Develops solutions based on a customer centric approach.- Innovation: Drives and supports innovative ideas, while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions.- Drive & Execution: Proactively identifies what needs to be done and takes action. Explores new ways and pursues new opportunities.
