**Your mission**:

- **VAT Reporting Support**: Assist the Tax team in managing monthly VAT
- **Accounts Receivable Assistance**: Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team and work closely with Customer Service and Key Account Management to manage high-volume transactions
- **Master Data Maintenance**: Support for maintaining accurate data in subledgers, including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and Fixed Assets
- **Financial Statements Preparation**: Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, in accordance with HGB and IFRS standards
- **Accounts Payable Support**: Assist in processing incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance in the Accounts Payable department
- **Process Improvement Contribution**: Actively participate in the ongoing development and improvement of our financial processes

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in the 2nd half of your degree program in Economics, Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and Finance
- Very good written and verbal English, German language proficiency is a plus
- Able to start in our office in Berlin or Munich for a duration from 9 to 12 months
- First experience in operational accounting is beneficial
- Excellent dominance of MS Office especially Excel, experience with SAP is advantageous
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, hands-on mentality
- Comfortable working within a high-paced, impact-driven environment and getting hands-on to get projects to move forward
- Solid interpersonal and inter-cultural skill set with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate and positively influence diverse stakeholders
