**What we’re looking for**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate preliminary recording and processing of invoices in our digital invoice management system (SAP VIM), ensuring timely and correct entries in Accounts Payable. You’ll collaborate across teams and contribute to ongoing process optimization and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

- Accurately pre-record incoming invoices in SAP VIM and post them in the SAP Accounts Payable ledger
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage dunning notices with suppliers
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Assist in digitalizing and improving accounting processes
- Work closely with Procurement, Tax, and Finance Solutions teams

Job Requirements:

- Commercial qualification or certification in financial accounting (or equivalent professional experience in a scale-up or large enterprise)
- Solid hands-on experience with ERP systems — SAP experience is a strong plus
- A reliable, independent, and structured way of working
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in German and English (Russian is a plus)
