Join us at **KWS Berlin GmbH** as a **Working Student in Accounts Payable with French (M/F/d)**,**part-time. This role offers a**12-months contract**, with an average workload of **20 hours per week.**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support the Accounts Payable core processes such as processing invoices.
- Get in touch with other departments such as Business Units or Procurement.
- Support on ad-hoc tasks that arise within the team.
- Engage in projects focusing on automation, optimization, and digitalization.

**Bring Your Strengths**:

- Enrolled student in the field of business administration, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field with a financial focus, with a **minimum 2 semester left of studies.**:

- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure when facing new tasks.
- First experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Strong interest in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong experience with MS Office - Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Conscientious working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- ** Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.**Additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German) are a plus.
- ** Preference for availability four times per week.**:

- Located in Berlin/Brandenburg.
