YOUR ROLE As VP Revenue at remberg, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our multi-year revenue strategy. You will lead and scale our revenue organization, drive market expansion, and collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize growth and operational efficiency. Your leadership will directly impact remberg’s trajectory in our current vertical and new markets. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and continuously refine a multi-year revenue strategy to excel in our current vertical and spearhead expansion into new industries and geographies. - Build, recruit, and inspire a high-performance revenue team, including sales, revenue operations, customer success, and enablement. - Establish a robust tool ecosystem for effective revenue management and performance monitoring. - Represent remberg in strategic engagements with C-level executives of key customers and prospects. - Deliver precise, timely, and actionable revenue forecasts and pipeline insights. - Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align on strategic initiatives, such as account upselling strategies. - Forge strong partnerships with the ecosystem and multipliers. - Ensure seamless collaboration and operational synergy with marketing and product teams. - Architect new frameworks and infrastructure to support growth, including pan-European and U.S. market entries. YOUR PROFILE - Proven expertise (10+ years) in leading and scaling high-performance, modern product-led sales, land-and-expand GTM motions, ideally in a VC-backed environment beyond Series A or B. - Track record of selling mid-market SaaS solutions with landing ACVs ranging from €20-75k, ideally also enterprise experience with >€100k deals. - Prior success in inbound and outbound-driven sales with SDR to AE structures. - Experience in building and managing middle-management layers, including team leads and department heads. - Strong problem-solving acumen, with the agility to adopt a hands-on approach when necessary. - Understanding of our industrial customer base is highly advantageous. - Experience with international market expansion, particularly in Europe and the U.S. - Demonstrated ability to create demand and open doors for a novel category-defining solution. - A bold, goal-driven mindset with a relentless drive to achieve audacious objectives. - Expertise in value-based and consultative selling within demand-generation environments. - High personal and professional integrity, combined with openness to feedback and continuous improvement. - Fluency in German (native) and English is essential. **At remberg, we ensure you have everything you need to thrive**: - ** State-of-the-art tools and equipment** for a modern and efficient setup. - ** Health and wellness benefits**: Access to Nilo Health, JobRad (bike leasing), and your choice between a GUUD card or Wellpass for sports and fitness. - ** Prime office location**: Our office is in the heart of Munich, near the main train station, making it easily accessible for commuters and travelers. - ** Work-from-anywhere flexibility**: You can work remotely for up to 3 months per year - ** Attractive Compensation & Benefits**: In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy different company benefits and 30 vacation days (based on full-time work). **About us** remberg is a fast-growing start-up based in Munich.
