Our team is evolving - as a Principal Business Partner for P2P (M/F/d) you are working alongside Finance teams and a diverse team of technical specialists, strategists and other stakeholders all over Zalando. You will be part of a team responsible for driving continued transformation and integration of a future-proof Finance environment.

**WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**:

- You will be responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, deep diving into the process data of multiple finance teams to understand patterns, derive solution options, manage the roadmap and ensure a successful development and testing.
- You will enable your colleagues in Finance to analyse and define business requirements, provide context and best practices and translate them into meaningful concepts (functional specification and technical requirements) and measurable process improvement initiatives.
- You will act as an independent sparring partner within Finance and interact with our technology departments at Zalando. You will enable solution design and shape product roadmap to raise the bar for common standards and best practices.
- You will review P2P process and capabilities from end-to-end perspective including upstream and downstream activities

**WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF**:

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- You bring at least 6 years work experience in Finance and ERP and/or BI implementation project management in the industry (e-commerce, tech / media company) with a demonstrated top performance.
- You have outstanding operational excellence skills, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, incl. proven track record of managing complex transformation
- You have expertise in managing, negotiating and working with individuals at a diverse level of seniority. You see the big picture and paying attention to details to ensure high quality of the deliverables
- You are passionate about delivering high-quality process improvements while motivating your team members and keeping their enthusiasm high
