We are now searching for an Influencer Marketing and Paid Social Lead. This is a full-time role at our Berlin office. As Influencer Marketing and Paid Social Lead you will report to our Head of Brand Comms and lead our influencer marketing growth efforts.

**Team mission**:
Our mission is to ignite global brand love and propel business growth at GetYourGuide As our Influencer Marketing and Paid Social Lead, you'll spearhead growth via influencer marketing while working alongside the social and PR teams. We champion cultural relevance to build a brand people adore.

**You will**:

- Own the overarching influencer marketing strategy at GetYourGuide.
- Be accountable for the analytical review of influencer marketing data and use data to make channel recommendations.
- Accountable for end to end influencer marketing testing.
- Be the owner of paid social activities around influencer and owned social content.
- Contribute to the generation of creator content.

**Who you are**:

- You have 8-10 years of in-depth experience managing paid social media campaigns and demonstrates a strong, proven foundation in influencer marketing strategies.
- You are adept at creating testing strategies and providing data-driven strategic advice based on the outcomes.
- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager is essential. Experience with YouTube advertising is advantageous.
- You have strong communication skills and possess the interpersonal skills to effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams.
- You have experience working with content creators and with various influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- You are relentless about staying up to date with the latest industry developments and take pride in conquering uncharted territories.
- You have proven ability to manage budgets.
- Experience in the travel or experiences industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
