**What you'll Do**:

- ** Lead the influencer marketing channel** - own agency selection, team staffing, and performance delivery.
- ** Develop and execute strategic growth plans** - scale influencer marketing to become one of our key performance channels.
- ** Manage large-scale budgets** - handle 7-digit budgets (€2M-4M+) with full ROI responsibility.
- ** Negotiate competitive rates** - with influencers and agencies to maximize value.
- ** Build scalable structures** - set up the right internal/agency mix and processes across multiple markets.
- ** Deliver actionable insights** - through regular reporting, analysis, and iteration based on performance data.
- ** Coach international teams** - guide our country marketing leads on influencer performance strategy and execution.
- ** Drive strategic activations** - lead influencer marketing efforts in DACH and the US markets.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing as a **performance** channel.
- Proven success in **scaling influencer revenues**.
- Experience working in **fast-paced, scaling environments** (e.g., scale-ups, high-growth DTC).
- Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to build systems and teams.
- Strong **analytical and performance marketing mindset** - you care about numbers and results.
- People leadership experience is a plus - even with small teams or agency coordination.
- Pragmatic, structured, and driven to own and grow a key channel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (C1); German is a plus.
