Team Lead Influencer Marketing

Do you love influencer marketing, think strategically, and want to expand KoRo's brand awareness across Europe? We're looking for a dedicated individual to lead our international influencer team as part of a parental leave cover - someone who develops creative collaborations and drives campaigns to success. Your responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership and expansion of the influencer team.
- Planning and executing long-term international influencer marketing strategies to increase KoRo's brand awareness and reach across Europe.
- Identifying, selecting, and developing creative collaboration opportunities with relevant international influencers while achieving defined performance goals.
- Maintaining and strengthening existing relationships with influencers.
- Further developing an influencer CRM system to optimize processes and campaigns.
- Managing the budget and ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating closely across departments (CRM, Brand, and Performance Marketing) to seamlessly integrate influencer marketing into the overall strategy.
- Ideally, you can start as soon as possible. This position is a parental leave cover and therefore limited to approximately months, depending on the actual start date.
- Several years of experience in influencer marketing or social media management, ideally with initial leadership experience.
- A degree in media management, marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- You live in Berlin or nearby or you're excited to relocate for this role.
- You speak fluent English (C1 level).
- Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You're well-versed in the social media landscape, think strategically, and communicate clearly.
- You love challenges, take ownership, handle pressure well, and inspire others with your hands-on mentality.
