Your strength is strategizing and executing many of the quantitative tasks in marketing, in particular at user acquisition campaigns, iterative testing, and other areas often associated with growth marketing. You’re analytical and data-driven, combined with innate curiosity. **What you’ll do**

As a **Growth Marketing Lead**, you'll own and drive investor acquisition strategy at Mintos, including performance, organic, and integrated marketing. Your job will be acquiring investors from the top of the funnel all the way to retaining those users as we expand our services across Europe.

**You will**:

- Drive investor acquisition through multiple channels, including affiliate marketing, referral programs, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media (paid and unpaid), and performance marketing.
- Run iterative tests throughout the funnel in close collaboration with graphic designers, copywriters, and developers, and use the results to craft data-driven strategies to acquire and retain investors.
- Establish investor insights and metrics and manage all aspects of investor behavior tracking, analysis, and optimization.
- Focus on retaining and engaging already active investors and encouraging them to promote Mintos in their social circle.
- Collaborate with the product team to improve investor experience across every interaction from the first moment the investor interacts with Mintos through the entire customer lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and freelance talent to evaluate and execute strategic growth marketing projects.

**Your professional skills and background**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, experience at a technology company is a strong plus.
- Experience in managing multiple marketing channels, budget allocation, planning and reporting.
- Profound knowledge of web and mobile analytic systems for growth marketing and marketing attribution.
- Growth marketing mindset with a get things done attitude. You believe in the power of technology and marketing and want to be at the forefront of the limitless possibilities when merging the two.
- Ability to find creative solutions and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the financial services industry, in particular fintech, as well as personal experience with investing is a plus.
- Business proficiency or higher in English is a must; proficiency in German or any other European language is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
