**Your mission**:

- Manage monthly payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws
- Handle tax calculations, social security contributions, and deductions in accordance with legal requirements
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, employment contracts, and industry-specific financial policies
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including bonuses, benefits, and overtime calculations
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and ensure timely payments
- Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and financial statements for internal and external audits
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll tax laws, social security contributions, and wage regulations

**Your profile**:

- 3+ years experience in payroll accounting (Lohnbuchhaltung) or finance
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, social security regulations, and labor law compliance
- Experience with payroll software (DATEV, SAP, Lexware, or similar)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential financial data
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools

Nice to have
- Experience in payroll processing for defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
- Knowledge of export control-related labor law compliance (ITAR, EAR, BAFA regulations)
- Background in international payroll and cross-border employee compensation
