Our team is spread across the globe, and headquartered in Osnabrueck. **The role** We are looking for an ambitious, friendly and outgoing person to support us set up the fundamentals of our “People and Culture” department. Because we were in the early stages of a business, our primary focus was on developing the product and bringing it to market. We eventually created a solid team with bright folks and a strong emphasis on operational excellence. As we enter the next stage of company growth, we will focus on developing a people and culture strategy that takes us beyond being an exciting place to work. Our underlying principles, trust in one another, and the amount of flexibility in making decisions were significant drivers in attracting and retaining the greatest employees.
