**Your Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements, develop strategic recruitment plans, and foster company culture.
- Represent our brand in the tech community by attending relevant events, networking, and creating compelling narratives about our mission and culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and contribute to the success of creating Europe's largest virtual power plant.
- Participate in resolving ongoing hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in tech recruiting, preferably in fast-scaling tech companies or startups.
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and a knack for identifying top-tier talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
- High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
- Strong urge to increase efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
- Operational excellence, with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Personio experience is a plus).

I'm Fabian, Co-founder at Flexa. My passion for the energy transition began early, during my first internship at a wind farm contractor when I was just 16. Watching those massive turbines rise from the ground was a moment of awe that still resonates with me.
