**YOUR MISSION**:
As our **Founding Recruiter**, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our CEO, Henric Meinhardt, to build the foundation of our people organization and attract the talent that will drive our mission forward. In this unique role, you’ll shape and implement recruiting strategies, design scalable hiring processes, and set the tone for a people-centered culture.
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Establish scalable recruiting frameworks
- Implement advanced tooling

**YOUR PROFILE**:
You have a proven track record of 4+ years of attracting and hiring top talent. Additionally, you have experience recruiting within fast-paced, B2B SaaS startup environments.

Compensation Range: €70K - €90K
