**Minimum qualifications**: - 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales Recruiting for Germany. - 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. - Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech or similar industry. **Preferred qualifications**: - 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting. - Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. - Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. - Excellent work ethic, accountability, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
