Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of client meetings: understanding which material is needed for the relevant event, keeping an overview of deadlines, getting relevant materials in place at the right time and amount.
- Key contact for external vendors.
- Liaise with marketing and investment marketing departments to keep informed about available materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the German Retail Sales team, including insurance cover for international travel (preparation of travel forms).
- Close involvement in the organisation of events such as roadshows, trade fairs, as well as internal events like sales meetings and strategy days.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for fund managers and clients if needed.
- Responsibility for sending out regular mailings and reporting, bespoke reporting, invitations, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Create and maintain contacts and mailing lists in CRM.
- Travel expenses and invoice processing if required.
- Strong collaboration with the other team members in the German office and especially that in the German Retail Sales team and across middle and back office teams.
- Telephone coverage.
