PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to)

  • Support our sales department internally by writing offers, order confirmations and sales orders
  • Support our existing customers with inquiries about our services and offerings
  • Support the accounting department in the preparation of invoices and preparatory bookkeeping
  • Support the management with reporting

COMPETENCIES & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • You enjoy working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • You have experience in internal sales and ideally in preparatory accounting
  • You have experience in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle or accounting programs such as DATEV
  • You enjoy working with customers in a solution-oriented manner
  • You are open-minded, curious and persistent
  • You have a feel for and/or understanding of digital markets/business models
  • You have the motivation to familiarize yourself deeply with topics and become an expert in them

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • First startup experience is a bonus

  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
