Deine Aufgaben
- Du stehst an der Spitze unseres Operational Intelligence-Teams, führst Deine Mitarbeiter*innen persönlich auf Augenhöhe und fachlich fundiert und gibst für unsere OI-Strategie nicht nur die Richtung vor, sondern setzt sie auch um.
- Kennzahlen-Tracking? It’s a Data Du erkennst die Kennzahlen, die uns wirklich weiterbringen, entwickelst nutzerfreundliche Dashboards zu ihrer Nachverfolgung, gibst uns Echtzeit-Einblicke in Leistung und hilfst direkt mit, die Effizienz des Teams unmittelbar zu steigern.
- Effizienz, Transparenz und Optimierung sind Deine Leitlinien, Du hast ein Auge auf fundierte Leistungsindikatoren, analysierst ihre Trends und spürst, basierend auf einem soliden Daten-Fundament, Optimierungspotenziale auf.
- Und Dein Gespür für Daten führt uns auch sicher in die Zukunft: Mit historischen Daten, Markttrends und strategischen Vorgaben erstellst Du im Team Prognosen, mit denen wir top vorbereitet in den Planungsprozess gehen können.

Dein Profil
- Fachspezifisches Studium, z. B. Mathematik, Informatik, VWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence oder Data Science
- Besondere Kenntnisse in der Datenmodellierung und SQL
- Erfahrung mit dem Tech-Stack: Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Python, Cognos
- Daten-Profi mit Gespür für bloße Buzzwords und tatsächliche Trends
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Integrität und Verlässlichkeit
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
