As the Head of Business Intelligence, you will lead the charge in transforming our organisation into a truly data-driven enterprise. You'll work hands-on, define processes, build a top-tier team, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to derive valuable insights from our data.

Your mission

**In your role as Head of Business Intelligence, you will**:

- Roll up your sleeves and actively dive into our data, using your hands-on expertise to extract valuable insights that will drive our strategic objectives and day-to-day operations. Your leadership will set the standard for best practices and high-quality outcomes, pioneering the path for our business intelligence operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels - from management to individual teams - to define key performance indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, you'll devise solutions for displaying and utilising these KPIs in daily operations, thereby enhancing the understanding and effectiveness of these metrics.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data analysts and BI engineers, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. Simultaneously, you'll establish and implement robust data processes, standards, and systems.
- Work closely with other Data Engineers and Data Scientist to continuously search for new ways to optimise our infrastructure and look out for opportunities on how we can leverage data as an organisation.

**Profile**:

- Demonstrable experience generating insights from raw data with a strong emphasis on story telling and visualisation.
- Proven leadership experience in business intelligence and data analysis with the ability to build and lead a team while also possessing a strong hands-on attitude.
- Solid technical acumen, with the capability to understand and utilise advanced technologies for data analysis and business intelligence.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align data insights with business objectives.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to bridge the gap between data experts and business stakeholders.
