**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Design and execute strategies to increase driver engagement and retention while managing our high performing German team. Ensure clear targets and strategies.
- Oversee the optimisation of local operational processes and procedures across our main pillars of Service Quality, Business Development, and Customer Operations
- Develop and nurture critical relationships that will grow our business (stakeholders include: drivers; fleet owners; unions; brand partners; local communities etc.)
- Take ownership of our growth in Germany by ensuring both local operations and HQ teams support and collaborate actively with each other to meet business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Collaborate with various teams, including Product, Marketplace Performance, Business Analytics, to enhance business development
- Represent the voice of German/Austrian drivers in interactions with senior management and central stakeholders and be a strong sparring partner for key decision makers at FREENOW

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**:

- Ideally 5+ years of work experience in Tech, Operations or Consulting/Strategy. You can make up less experience with drive, intelligence, and integrity
- Ability to manage manage and lead remote/hybrid teams
- Logical, structured, and efficient work approach to meet deadlines and communicate progress
- Self-starter with a business-driven mindset, able to develop strong relationships with commercial stakeholders and take ownership or bring great ideas to the table
- Skilled in analysis, and automation frameworks to identify trends and patterns in data. Tableau, Python, SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Product and Tech teams to define operational requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, able to influence and communicate to teams outside of direct management line
