Management Trainee

You have successfully completed your master’s degree or PhD and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the global KION Engineering Excellence team with a focus on our global approach to Systems Engineering. **Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tasks**
- You will work intensively on all aspects of **Product Creation **in KION - both in our Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) and Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) segments
- Starting point will be our **core product development processes **- both classical and agile - from product idea to production as well as the involved tools and data
- You will also interact and gain insights into Product Management, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Sales & Service, which are important **stakeholders for our solutions**
- You will derive key imperatives to further **improve engineering performance **in KION
- Another area of focus will be the comprehensive topic of **process innovation **with our business transformation program, as well as **driving **process changes **in the organization

**Requirements**:

- You have a **master’s degree **or **PhD **in **Engineering, Natural Sciences, **or **C **omputer Science **and are now keen to get practical experience
- You have a keen interest in **systems engineering **, **embedded systems (cyber physical systems), **and ideally already have **initial practical experience in systems development**
- You have **strong IT skills **—you use **MS Office **in particular on a daily basis and ideally have knowledge of relevant **development tools **for systems modeling (SysML), requirements management, and HW & SW development
- You have **professional working proficiency in English **enabling you to communicate with stakeholders and our global development teams; German language skills are of advantage
- You are a **team player **and keen to **take on responsibility **and to work with a high level of **initiative **to achieve results you can be proud of
