Management Trainee

You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Business Development team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services EMEA (ITS) with a focus on sustainability. From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tasks**
- As part of the Business Development (Sustainability) team, you will **support the development **and **tracking of sustainability targets **and will **participate in CO2 reduction measures **and **cradle-to-cradle **initiatives**
- You will work on the **continuous development **of **sustainability **strategies **for ITS EMEA in close alignment with our strategy team and **prepare sustainability reports **for our international brands STILL and Linde Material Handling
- You will be **part of international projects **cooperating **regularly **with other sustainability **teams **across Europe and assist in the **development / implementation of measures **from the **KION sustainability guidelines**
- You will **participate **in **annual external sustainability rating assessments **, **analyze **the results and **derive improvement measures**
- You will **support the communication department **in internal/external communication and develop training concepts and materials for sustainability training of multipliers.

**Requirements**:

- You have a **master’s degree **in **Sustainability Management **or similar studies with a clear **sustainability-related focus **and want to put your knowledge into practice
- You have **professional working proficiency **in **English **and **German **enabling you to communicate with stakeholders in our global team
- You also have **strong analytical skills **and demonstrate a high level of **engagement **, e.g., by proactively developing intelligent, agile, and pragmatic solutions
- You have strong **IT skills **- in particular **MS Office **( **Excel **and **PowerPoint)**
- You have first knowledge of EcoVadis and standards/requirements for reporting
