Management Trainee

You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you want to kickstart your career - preferably in an international environment. During our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in the Finance team of our operating unit Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) or at the KION Group Headquarters. From the outset, you will be an important part of the KION Group and a member of a collaborative team striving for excellence.

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Tasks**
- You will be part of a professional Finance team that provides important information for KION’s **business steering and external reporting**
- You will analyze monthly and quarterly **business performance **and prepare **financial **budgets and forecasts**
- You will comprehensively support the **planning **and **reporting **function which includes planning corporate goals and monitoring their implementation
- You will incorporate the results into **presentations **and **decision papers **for senior management, thereby providing valuable support for their decision-making
- You will be developed to become an **strong **business **partner **for our Group functions or Operating Units when it comes to financial matters, working closely with **internal stakeholders **on **strategic international business projects**

**Requirements**:

- You have a **master’s degree **in **Business Administration **or a similar field with a **focus on Finance **and you want to put your knowledge into practice
- You have **professional working proficiency in English **enabling you to work with all stakeholders; German language skills are beneficial or must be acquired during the program
- You also have **strong analytical **and **IT skills **- you will be using **MS Office **every day, in particular **Excel **and **PowerPoint**
- You are a **team player **with **strong communication skills **and like to work in an **international environment**
- You demonstrate a **high level of **engagement **, e.g., by proactively developing intelligent, agile, and pragmatic solutions
