**Your crew during this flight**:
As an integral part of office management, you will work closely with a team who gets things done and assist the office manager in operational activities around the topic of office assistance. You will help to coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible operation of the office and an innovative and goal-oriented environment.
**Your mission during this flight**:
This role is to assist Office Management in their day-to-day tasks such as sorting documents, inventory, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, and meeting coordination as well as maintaining the reception. In Addition, the Intern will also contribute to Office Management Projects.
- You assist in the office organization of the Bruchsal locations of Volocopter
- You coordinate office-relevant appointments with internal and external stakeholders
- You assist in the creation, preparation, and distribution of location-relevant information to the Bruchsal Offices
- You assist Office Managers/Receptionists in making sure that the visitors and staff feel welcome
- You help with filling in documents for Accounting
- You preparation of reports for the Team Lead including project coordination and involvement inventory of Office Materials
**Qualifications**:
**Check-in your professional skills**:
- You are currently studying towards a degree in Business Studies, or similar
- Ideally at the end of your Bachelor’s degree or currently studying towards your Master’s
- Excellent MS Office Skills
- Excellent English and German, both written and spoken
