**Your Tasks**

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search (Google Ads and Bing Ads), social media advertising, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns, including campaign setup, creative development, and ongoing optimization
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive better results
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional setup, including agencies, product management, and engineering, to develop and execute new marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, and share knowledge and insights with the team

**Your Profile**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable results through digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze & communicate data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. German and advanced English is a must
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Lateral management experience, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile setup
  • Experience with arbitrage business models is a plus
