**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Wir suchen eine führungsstarke Person, die als **Chapterhead **(m/w/d) unser SOC (**Security Operations Center**) in Deutschland beim Wachstum begleitet und führt. Das beinhaltet die **fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung** des Teams aus Security Analysten und Data Analysten. Dazu übernimmst Du in Deiner neuen Position schwerpunktmäßig folgende Aufgaben:

- **Führung eines SOCs im 24/7 Betrieb** inkl. Schichtplanung und Sicherstellung der SLAs.
- **Sicherstellung der Servicequalität** unserer Security Analyst und Data Analyst Aufgaben
- Begleitung des Teams in der **persönlichen Entwicklung und Förderung** flexibler Denkweisen
- **Mitwirkung **an der **Serviceweiterentwicklung**:

- **Organisation **und **Durchführung **von regelmäßigen **Teammeetings**:

- **Abstimmung **der **Services **im **internationalen SOC Verbund**

**Ihr Profil**:
Am schnellsten nimmst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem neuen Team Fahrt auf, wenn Du Folgendes mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene **Ausbildung **als Fachinformatiker*in / naturwissenschaftliches **Studium **(idealerweise Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik,...) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und **mehrjährige Führungserfahrung **in der **IT Security / IT**:

- **Erfahrung **in der Arbeit **mit Security Analysten**:

- **Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Security Marktes** insbesondere im DACH Raum
- Fähigkeit zur **motivierenden und sozial kompetenten Führung** unseres SOCs
- **Analytisches Denkvermögen** in komplexen Zusammenhängen
- **Souveränes **persönliches **Auftreten **und **Kundenorientierung**:
