**Your task**:
Als **Head of Endpoint Security (m/w/d) **suchen wir einen** **Chapterhead / Teamleiter (m/w/d) **für unser **Endpoint Security Team**. Du begleitest das Team im Wachstum und führst die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter **fachlich **und **personell. **Du bist in allen Belangen **erster Ansprechpartner und Know-How-Träger **zugleich. Dazu gehört:

- **Berater, Konfliktmanager, Moderator und Koordinator** für das Team zu sein, nebst Klärung inhaltlicher sowie methodischer Fragen
- Sicherstellung der **Qualität und Effizienz**, Erarbeitung von **operativen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen**:

- Erstellung und inhaltliche Abstimmung von **Entscheidungsvorlagen **in fachlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht
- **Koordination **der **Entwicklungs
- und Betriebsaufgaben** mit internen und externen Leistungserbringern
- **Einarbeitung **neuer **Teammitglieder** sowie **Sicherstellung **ihrer **Weiterqualifizierung**:

- Einhaltung und **Umsetzung **aktueller **Geschäftsprozesse**

**Your Profile**:
Am schnellsten nimmst Du gemeinsam mit Deinem neuen Team Fahrt auf, wenn Du Folgendes mitbringst
- Abgeschlossene **Ausbildung **als Fachinformatiker*in / naturwissenschaftliches **Studium **(idealerweise Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik,...) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und **mehrjährige Führungserfahrung **in der **IT Security / IT**:

- **Erfahrung **in der Arbeit **Security Architekten, Security Engineers und Security Administratoren**:

- **Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Security Marktes** insbesondere im DACH Raum
- Fähigkeit zur **motivierenden und sozial kompetenten Führung** unseres Teams Endpoint Security
- **Analytisches Denkvermögen** in komplexen Zusammenhängen
- **Souveränes **persönliches **Auftreten **und **Kundenorientierung**:
